if you're getting the head to close to heavy brush or fences it has a tendency to tighten the wound trimmer string in the head and kink it...then it has a higher tendency to break off...
always cut closer to the tips of the trimmer string...
my brother runs through two or three reloads when we do a few properties and I can load it once for the same amount of trimming...
he's buying the next batch...
