As posted above. Their warranty still perplexes me.

This is my second go round. This time I thought the arm rubber seemed like a defect, but it was classified normal wear and tear.

I was told the lenses were defective and that I was given a discount from $69 to $25.

The first time, I sat my glasses down while cutting down a tree and smashed them into 6 or 7 pieces. Only the lenses survived. For about the same $36 bucks I got new frames and arms, but my old lenses back.

I'm an idiot... Just went and re-read the e-mail. The lenses were the $11.95 warranty processing fee. Then $25 for new frames.

Brine
Frame Color: Tortoise
Lens: Copper 580P
Perform Repairs
Warranty Repairs Cost
Lens Damaged $11.95
Optional repairs Cost
Frame Damaged $25.00
