I agree the tiny house on a trailer will go away but I think people downsizing houses won't simply go away because RE prices continue to soar and rapidly outpace earnings in many areas. There will still be people that overextend and pay those prices, but there will be a lot of people that look at alternatives including micro houses or whatever you want to call them.

a "tiny house" development can be done right if you have some things (that our area doesn't, for the most part)

if you could build one in a scenic area (like the ATX hill country 15 years ago) you could crush it probably
