If you don't want to remove them, G-2 makes a very nice caliper painting kit. It comes in s few colors, and uses a brush on system. You just mask off the areas you don't want painted (I use a plastic bag over the rotor so I can roll it through the caliper) and brush in the two-part system.
I've used it several times with great success. Much easier than removing them and seems to last a while.
