Miami is a lot like UCONN. It's hard to rank them historically because they have the titles but they don't have a long history.

Easily a better franchise than the Warriors. It isn't even close right now. Better win percentage, 18/28 winning seasons, more titles and final appearances since their inception than the Warriors, not to mention they were conceived when the NBA was really taking off. It's not debatable between them and the Warriors. If someone bet you who would win more titles or be more relevant in the next 30-50 years, you'd be a fool to pick the Warriors over the Heat. Miami, Detroit, and maybe Knicks, it becomes debatable.
Eta: WestCoastAG I just realized your metrics in the op are very flawed since they've been around far longer than many other franchises.
