It's the same video that someone just did a freeze frame on. That might have come into play if Hayes hadn't bulldozed Smith's Mercedes into the Impala. Now all the prosecutor has to say is Smith had leaves stuck in is grill.

That does appear to be something falling. The attorney for Hayes should be scouring the street for that piece of grill or whatever it was.

Honestly, I watched the hit and run video over and over, and although I'm pretty sure he bumped into him, it was in no way a 'bad' collision...



All legal bullshite and posturing aside, this whole frickig thing is senseless and should have NEVER happened
