There's only so much the government can do. Eventually you have to allow someone to build on their own property. It has to be built to code, have adequate parking and utilities.

Meanwhile, Southgate Towers is adding 455 units including 6-bedroom units. Who the hell wants to live in a 6-bedroom apartment?

They didn't have all of the places full when I was living there 6 or 7 years ago

Not just that, but federal law essentially forces communities to allow it. Forced suicide, plain and simple.

This is the new dorm style apt. Each kid rents only their own room. So you get 6 sorority girls fighting over the bathrooms, like the dorms.
