Actually the average household income from 2009=2013 was $42,000 which is higher than the average of ALL of Orleans Parish in that time frame. So its richer than N.O., not just the shitty areas.

My post was not about household income.

Why did you capitalize ALL when talking about Orleans Parish? Did you think I was talking about certain areas of it or something?

If we want to include all of New Orleans,
