Types of water fished and:
Rod, reel, line, lure, tackle.

When fishing big water reservoirs and places I think I have a good chance at a big fish near heavy cover, I'm throwing 50# PP on a 7'6" MH/F (fishes like a Heavy) Veritas. Primarily throwing the KVD frog and white ribbits or junebug/chartreuse horny toads.

When fishing small rivers for spots and smallies, I'm throwing 30-40# PP on a 6'6" M/F Shimano Crucial and throwing either the H&H swamp frog or the baby ribbit. In this scenario, I usually have a 2' 20# fluoro leader tied on as well.
