7ft heavy action rod with 65 lbs power pro slick braid is hard to beat for frog fishing in heavy cover.

I use a 7' heavy/fast Bass Pro Extreme rod, Lew's BB1 7.1:1, and 65# power pro for froggin.

Same one I use in Henderson and for the same reason. And there really only 3 colors you need: black, white, and green.
