So 25% for the general population and a little over 30% for the bikers in Waco. And in your opinion this difference is enough to assume a bikers are guilty of something?

1/3 is a big difference to 1/4. And that does not count for the actual demographic breakdown. Because a small percentage of the population actually has a high percentage of conviction rates almost as if they are targeted for criminal activity.
