I looked it up before posting that. Seems to be that 1 in 4 adults have a conviction of some kind. So that is higher that the general population.

This is how we can settle this. Take them all into a large fenced field. Give them their weapons back and let them have at it. We can sell it on pay-per-view. The winning group gets 10% of the sales of the ppv and is free to go.

So 25% for the general population and a little over 30% for the bikers in Waco. And in your opinion this difference is enough to assume a bikers are guilty of something?

Dude, please don't tell me that you are saying that any demographic that has a higher arrest average than the general population should all be arrested, even if they committed no crime. Should they also be given a million dollar bond?

I am guessing you failed Civics because you don't know anything about the Constitution and The Bill of Rights.
