And you're too much of a poser wannabe insider to assign blame. Every group at that restaurant that day was trash, including the police.

I agree with the bikers, but how were the LEOs trash? Two organized crime syndicates met there to conduct criminal activities and began to fire weapons and stab each other. The police had no choice but to diffuse the situation with proportional force.
