that's at the "rocks" or the "rapids" on the Saluda river in downtown Columbia, SC.
I whitewater kayak and when it gets warm enough the "rock people" as we call them come out of hiding. These are the same people who spend their annual wage at the State Fair on air brushed tees, elephant ears, and pink browning stickers with their initials.

I usually avoid the Saluda River @ Columbia near the zoo during the warm months of the year.
