In that case it is pretty much any age since even if you are dirt poor the gubment will help. I used to always think people should wait until everything was perfect financially and in their relationship but if you think that way you will always be waiting for a better time and then just have them late if at all.

It kind of sucks that responsible people wait so long to have kids, and when they do they don't have many kids, because ghetto trashy people have sssooo many kids that it is a mathematical certainty in the next 30 years their will be more losers than productive people in this country. Its so fricked we actually reward losers for having kids, it is a WAY bigger threat to the country than ISIS.
