Stay on property and drive works really well. You get to park anywhere at disney world for free as a resort guest. Prices for hotels on property are about the same as off property. All you have to fight is a tram and sometimes not even that depending on how close you can park to the entrance in the mornings. Usually when we stay at a resort like All star, we just drive our car to the parks. We never have to deal with anything but the trams to the parking lot. With your car you never have to worry about loading and unloading delays. You simply drive to your hotel room and park.

Agreed...but the whole driving there and back thing kinda sucks.
We're driving up ourselves for our may trip...purely financial though.
