I thought money was not the the issue?

I thought the issue was "going home"?

Sounds like an agent trying to get Michigan to put more money on the board than they have offered so far.

The timing of all of this probably cost a national championship. frick. Good to see Bo and Miles leave. Miles was one hell of a coach while he was here though. But, I do have a new hatred for Michigan now. Bush league.

And to think...some of the retards on this board thought I was full of shite when I told them shady things were going on BEFORE THE ARKANSAS game & Jacked up Tepper, myself & tigerbandpiccolo all confirmed the same message received FIRST HAND from some of the players that Miles announced his leaving on Thursday at practice. The player that I heard it from also said they were not "prepared" for the Arkansas game...

so now... you all know I was not full of crap & just because I am FEMALE, doesn't meant I don't know anything about the sport or LSU in general.

Let's go Tigers! Beat the snot out of TENN and roll right thru our bowl game! Screw the coaches...they hurt these players & their chance at a NC.

I am very excited about the Miles hiring. I've been so frustrated with Carr and his staff. Miles may have played and coached under Bo but being a HC in the Big 12 & SEC has served him well. His style of coaching could finally change the boring brand of Big 10 football. OSU be afraid, be very afraid of Miles coming home.

Enjoy your excitement while it lasts. Bo did not have his greatest success in the era of reduced scholarships.

Tressel and Dantonio will have a field day with Miles. Les won't have his recruiting area all to himself. Despite what Wal-Mart Wolverine fans think you won't have the entire State of Michigan to yourselves anymore. Ronald Johnson's and Bardsdale's second choices were Michigan State not Michigan. Michigan has not had great success in Ohio against Tressel in recruiting and winning. UM has no monopoly on the Catholic Schools in Detroit and in Suburban Oakland County. Michigan State has always recruited well in Oakland Country and in the Catholic League even against Carr. Tressel has already told Ohio Blue Chippers to strongly consider Michigan State if Ohio State doesn't have room for them. The last few years Michigan State has finished second in Ohio to Ohio State in recruiting.

This is far from over. Pride comes before the Fall.

So, do we have any idea of what's going on with Miles?

Well, apparently he's supposed to be coaching a game in a few hours.

no, but because you said the coaches intentionally tanked the Arkansas game to make it easier for them to leave pretty much means you don't know anything about anything.

He's gone...forget it...we need to figure out what's going on with Tubby and Saban right now...let's get Sexton on the horn...Vegas line is at -7 and dropping...not good news for the game today..

I don't know why you guys are shedding tears over miles leaving. You already had a NC caliber program when he showed up, he just maintained it. It wasn't that monumental of a coaching job. Solich did that for a couple years here. If a guy who went 27-21 at Okie state is capable of holding the ship together down there, you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a replacement. Heck Callahan has put up those kind of numbers in the Big XII. I hear hes available.
