cut up an onion real fine
cut up sliced jalapeno peppers
add a little bit of mustard
add one can of creamed corn
pour box of jiffy corn bread mix and mix all these ingredience until the mix is firm enough to be able to scoop with an ice cream scooper.
drop into hot grease until they are golden brown.
