Being on hourly salary is great. Bill out every hour of work, so anything after 40 and we gettin paid. Benefit to being billable I guess.

It's all good though. I make decent money and essentially do whatever I want as long as I handle my shite.

Sheeeeeeeeet......
I'm a salary employee and they treat us like hourly prisoners on this job. Were "billable" but only for the hours were on site. So we catch the other end of the stick too.... bound to the badge clock like the concentration camps. It's bullshite. I get paid to get a job done, not punch a clock.
