ETA: OP said FQ. So, oops. My rehearsal dinner was at the Royal Orleans for about 60. Id look there too.
Original not useful post: Sounds similar to one of those sit down wedding receptions that seem to happen more often out of state. If everyone is downtown then maybe stay downtown, but another option is to find one of the Garden District or St Charles mansion event spaces. I don't have direct experience with this one, but it was at to of Google list and does corporate: LINK
