I am at 120k/60k/9k
My damage mitigation is at 58% also, so I can take enough damage. Still want to get it to the cap.
As for what do you need to get that high in DPS?
The amount that I have is for an AUG Sub HE. HE Extended mag, and other mods for Crit damage and Crit chance. My Firearms is around 3000.
Don't look too much into DPS, it is a really flawed formula right now and doesn't take into account tons of factors. While it takes into account others that are not as important. They should reduce it to just a damage per bullet and rate of fire formula or remove it as it just confuses people.
For example I could equip an assualt rifle and it would make my DPS higher but it just would not be true.

Servers were fricked earlier. Was trying to boost my dz rank. Every now and then everything in the dark zone would essentially freeze in place, but I could still move around. Couldn't extract or leave the dz. I had to just quit the app.

3 of my gear pieces are high end with over 500 firearms bonus, one piece has all three stats over 450
2 have stamina and 1 has electronics. Gera mods are 2 firearms 1 stamina (I think)

this. accuracy mods artificially inflate "DPS" numbers.
All my guns ignore accuracy in favor of crit chance, stability, and crit damage where I can get it.

Alright. I just hit 30 last night, so someone give me a rundown of all the "end-game" stuff.
I'm running about 50k/50k/10k right now. (I think, tough to remember exactly)

Backpack Glitch
It was incredibly difficult for the developers to reproduce the bug, but after a lot of community feedback given via the forums, they have identified the source of the issue. Scavenging
A confirmation of how the scavenging stat functions was given. It applies to all drops that have a chance of various qualities and it applies an increase to the chances of rolling a higher quality item. Note that it does not increase the chances of dropping an item: it increases the likelihood that any item dropped will be higher quality.
Dark Zone Changes
Changes to the Dark Zone have moved the statistics of players engaging in the area’s content into a more desired range. The developers are happy with the current state of the Dark Zone and have found that people are, on average, spending twice as long in this area than other areas of the game.
Gear Sets
They will be available after the Incursions update and are said to provide some very cool stats.
Assignments
Daily and weekly assignments are planned to be given to players in the near future, alongside the current system of hard/challenge mode missions. These assignments will provide Phoenix Credits to players. No details were given regarding what players will be required to do during these assignments.
Community Challenges
It was suggested during the stream that the community will have future challenges put in place to unlock certain rewards. These might consist of killing a certain type of enemy a set number of times, or another similar activity.
Big Stream Soon
A big stream regarding future content – likely the Incursions update – is planned to be announced in the next few days. It will contain lots of information about future content that players will be presented with as The Division releases its two free expansions.

If you want my advice for a fresh lv 30 like yourself I would do the following.
-Start by doing your daily hard missions (2 a day). Start stacking Phoenix credits
-Once those are done each day start running General Assembly on Hard mode. This mission will drop a bunch of purples guaranteed.
After doing that for a bit you should be ready for Challenge modes. I would not attempt any besides Lincoln Tunnel until you beat that one. It is by far the easiest.
-Start by doing your daily hard missions (2 a day). Start stacking Phoenix credits
-Once those are done each day start running General Assembly on Hard mode. This mission will drop a bunch of purples guaranteed.
After doing that for a bit you should be ready for Challenge modes. I would not attempt any besides Lincoln Tunnel until you beat that one. It is by far the easiest.

There are multiple farming exploits people are using to get lots of drops. I haven't attempted any of the good ones. But all you have to do is google search.

This is so true. I have so many god damn HE holsters though.
I beat the Lexington Event Center on challenging for the first time yesterday. Tried Russian Consulate and kept dying near the end. That one is fricking ridiculous.

ill be running Lincoln tunnel farm later today....yesterday did it for 2hrs got 75 PCs and 12 HE drops among the ungodly amount of purps

Yea. It started with bullet king. That was patched.
Now people are doing it with the Russian Consulate boss.
They basically trick the game into thinking they died but they really killed the boss. The loot drops but they still respawn. So they can continue to kill him over and over.
