They would've been best served if he could make an elbow or mid range shot to stretch the defense just a hair to open up his driving lanes and the cutting lanes for the guards (if they ever moved)
e zones teams played against LSU just compacted because there was no threat and Ben would try to back down on the block where I believe his game is average at best. Yes he had 43 vs N Fla but they don't have the beef that he was facing in just about every other game

Since he can't shoot mid range they just collapsed on him. If Hakeem olijawon, Karl Malone, Robert Parish, Kareem Abdul jabar can shoot mid range he can Frick in learn. Shame on Johnny for not push his mid range game.
