He's in over his head. He has no business being a head coach at a major college basketball program. He's lucky he wasn't fired at North Texas. He got this job because he played here and no one else wanted it at the salary bottom-line Joe wanted to pay.

I also like how he said that they aren't moving on offense. They never move on offense. He hasn't fixed this all year.
