I am on a round of antibiotics I started yesterday and I am doing a rinse once a day too. However, my dentists wants to pull the tooth out today. Everything I've read online points to the dentist or surgeon should wait until the infection is cleared so they don't spread the infection or cause sepsis.

Should I wait? Or is my dentist right in wanting to remove it right away? I just dont' trust these guys trying to make a quick buck.
