You don't know who you are talking to. Criminal negligence doesn't require intent. You are saying that letting your child die is punishment enough for letting your child die. Are you fricking kidding?

No I don't think that you do. It was very much a malicious act. They had to know that if they didn't get that child treatment the chances were good that the child would die. Being willfully ignorant is NOT an excuse
