The other coaches have national titles and numerous sec and sec tourney titles. They get a little more rope

True. But at least Miles and Maneri HAVE won multiple SEC titles and a National Championship apeice. If past history is the best predictor of future success, then you know each of those two CAN win big. Can you say that about Jones?
