I believe it would stay the same. We're on her employer's family plan and if I'm not mistaken, that's the max. We could have a Duggar-esque number of kids and it would be the same.

ETA: I'm dumb. The above is in reference to premium. I think with another kid the OOP max goes to $15,000.

Sorry I should have been more specific.
If you had a kid, would you owe your deductible? If there was a complication, would you be looking at a $12k bill?
