I live in Dallas but could be happy in all three cities. And I am talking about living in the core of the city. If you have to go to the burbs then I can't help you.

If you have kids North Dallas, safe awesome schools etc etc etc

Job market and housing market booming.

I live here - that's what makes it better than the other two
