If you can't get off the couch and do a 5k right now, you either have injury issues or just a fat arse. 5k's are easy to finish.

what do you mean "do" a 5k? Anybody who is physically capable of walking can "do" a 5k.
But I always laugh when the hardasses say "if you can't finish a 5K in [x amount of time] then you're a pathetic loser!!!!!"
