so he blew his interview again?
Maybe he's best served to go ahead and get an NFL DC position.

He must have the personality of a peanut.

As long as he stays away from LSU i'm helping him pack.

He just doesn't have the personality for it.
I think if he were to be hired and he started losing, things would be real bad for him...especially with the media.

oh he can't handle the media for shite. he blew his shite here after the UT and ASU games and everyone questioned his D

I don't think he was available after the Arkansas game and he was real quick with the media after the UK game.
He could be really good or a major disaster as a head coach. If he wants to be a head coach, he's gonna have to add some charm to his personality. He may not want to, and if he doesn't, he may never get the opportunity unless it's some mid-major desperate for a coach.

if he would do an interview every now and then, maybe he would develop some communication skills.
Don't think i have ever heard him speak.
does he even call the plays on D?

Not a done deal yet man..

According to a source with knowledge of the search, Nebraska has whittled its candidate pool to two people and is close to announcing a new coach. Speculation centers on Buffalo coach Turner Gill as the leading candidate to replace Bill Callahan. A source close to Wake Forest indicated that coach Jim Grobe interviewed with Nebraska in Atlanta on Nov. 26. The source thinks Grobe has a good shot at the job. Apparently, LSU defensive coordinator Bo Pelini didn't knock A.D. Tom Osborne's socks off during the interview and doesn't feel good about it. The school will also interview Brian Kelly from Cincinnati and perhaps TCU's Gary Patterson.

We've lost games for a lost of reasons. I don't think we've ever lost a game solely because of Bo Pelini and his imcompetence.
Against UK and Arkansas, we could have been a lot better offensively.

True but this team wasn't really built to rely on the offense

we put up enough points to win those games. with our talent no reason for him to let arky put up 50 on the same shite over and over. he has made some questionable calls. yes our o has had some problems but they put up plenty enough to win

Bo seems like he knows football, but ultimately Tom Osborne is making a huge decision and Bo's personality and lack of charisma will sway him away from Bo and into the arms of someone else.
Osborne is a congressman who won 3 national championships. Dude is a living legend. I bet he is dismayed by the lack of quality out there.

Osborne announced yesterday that Thur & Fri he's hitting the recruiting trail for players. Awesome for some young kid, but that's beside the point. Do you think if he didn't have a coach yet, hed be out looking for players. If it's Gill, what's the point in waiting? Gills season is over. It's either Bo or Jim Grobe. Results are not scientific...just my opinion. Go Eagles!!

Sure, he didn't have a good game. Injuries are many on the defensive side of the ball unfortunately and I think it inhibits his ability to be aggressive. Offense could have played much, much better.
No loss under Miles is solely because of Bo Pelini, in my opinion. But, it can be, if you want it to be.
