I think it depends on how your place runs.


If you are given a cup to fill up the coffee yourself, I see it going two ways:

1) if you are a regular and know the people and use their internet and whatnot, you'd just give them bills and don't want change.

2) if you don't go there, then you pay with a card or get change back.
