I have a purebred yorkshire terrier and he is allergic to a lot of things. I look at the "nutrients" label of a lot of products, but I don't want to risk it with him. So, I stick with Benadryl. Since he is a yorkie (smaller size dog), I found a a chart like this one https://www.anydogrescue.org/benadryl-for-dogs/ which I printed out so that I have with me, and this chart is similar to others online, which my veterinarian gave approval of.
