I got a DWI in December. I was not in my car, the car wasn't turned on, no keys were in the car, etc. I was in my bed asleep. I had drank four beers in as many hours. I got home around 12:30 am and was woken up by policemen at my front door. They said that someone (not a cop) had called in my license plate number and said I seemed intoxicated. I passed the field sobriety test but like a fricking idiot I admitted to drinking before getting behind the wheel. So now I've gotta deal with all this fricking bullshite with the courts.

What do I win?

Your bank account being penalized, your free time being redirected towards AA and MAAD meetings, picking up trash on the side of the road and last but not least getting to blow in a device to start your vehicle.

This did not happen. And if it did, you have an extensive criminal background and no lawyer.
