SECT is the only realistic path to the NCAAT, so LSU should focus solely on that

and don't worry about what happens in the last three regular season games. If we can help our chances of winning the SECT by resting players or trying something new or whatever, we should do it even if it means losing all of the remaining regular season games. It's a bad position to be in, but it's where we are, like it or not.

Losing the remainder of the games would not be good going into the SECT. Winning out and building momentum going into the SECT would be ideal. Players get enough rest.

I don't see us winning out though.

Sounds like a solid plan. With a high probability of success ......

Don't listen to the other negative posters, Nuts. This is probably the best post I've read in weeks.

Logically, you are on point. Hornsby should play in Nashville on a broken leg if he has to.

Winning the remaining games and getting a double bye is our only prayer.

You honestly think this team can win 4 games in 4 days?

Gotta get a double-bye.

Finishing 2-1 would probably do that.

1) Texas A&M
2) Kentucky
3) South Carolina
4) LSU

5) Vanderbilt
6) Ole Miss
7) Alabama
8) Florida

We'd need upsets from the 5-8 seeds, which is very possible.
