glad you guys had a memorable hunt. I have done conservation order hunts as well and always come away with a lukewarm impression, too. It is just a hell of a lot of work and we never quite kill as many birds as I am expecting.
good thing to do a time or two, but I wouldn't want to do it regularly.

That's the thing. You HAVE to do it a lot to get the great hunts everyone talks about. My dream is to chase those bastards all the way to North Dakota and hunt for weeks on end. Every great goose hunt makes it all worth it.
