How is a test score racist? Are math problems geared towards whites and asians different than others?? I didn't think standardized tests had the ability to be racist.

The thinking that black students can't get a 28 is more racist.

well African American act scores are really poor. So that's where the thought comes from.

The argument will be made that black students are placed into schools which disadvantage them and as such they are not prepared as well as white students.

Better teachers, better textbooks, better technologies, etc
