If that doesn't work, maybe Windows really isn't on the drive. You said you did a "data migration"... did that just copy your data, or did it fully clone the entire old drive?
I did the fully clonevia the software that came with the Evo. I will try the clone over again to see if that fixes the issue.

In your Bios settings is there an option that says UEFI or Legacy? May need to toggle between the two settings to see if one will work.
