I get some local Atascocita rag tossed in my yard what seems like every day. I've told them to stop and they haven't. The definition of littering your garbage in my property.
I might collect them for a while and start throwing them at the delivery person. Or go to their office and drop them in their lobby or something.

Yes, Gary.
shite, this will probably be me too.

I've always sworn that I was going to collect all of The Advocate's droppings from the lawns in my hood for a year, and then dump them all over their lobby one day.
Yes, Gary.

But then I didn't, because I'm lazy and a pussy.

So I did some quick digging. Apparently, the "unsolicited delivery" of newspapers is constitutionally protected. See link:
bullshite
In addition, newspapers are expressly excluded from the definition of litter under the Louisiana revised statutes.
However, the fact that the practice is constitutionally protected basically just means that the municipalities and state cannot pass laws restricted a company's ability to distribute them. It does not eliminate an individual's private right of action for nuisance/trespass/etc. Also, just because something is not "litter" doesn't mean those fricks can stick it on my lawn. Accordingly, my plan is sound. Who's in?
P.S. get off my lawn.
