They don't have TOPS in other states. Good luck.

In Other statestheyhave more efficient student aid. Take Missouri for instance, my son just recently had his Aplus program taken away due to lack. In effort on his part. Thisprogram pays his first two years of college, only able robe applied at a junior college tho.

Most states have something similar. Georgia has HOPE.

You are correct they don't have "TOPS" in any other state BUT THE OTHER STATES DO OFFER Free instate public college Tuition to any High School Graduates in the following states who are residents:

Tennessee
Oregon

Modified Free Tuition to residents who qualify in (means that instate residents to select public universities in-state:
Maryland
New York
Colorado
Connecticut
California
Missouri
Kentucky
