Let's be realistic, spending on LE in Louisiana wouldn't decrease by a dime. Very few people spend time in jail solely for pot.

I'm not sure if you're familiar with my posts(not that I would expect anyone to be) but I'm pretty open about my love of marijuana. I know several people who have been caught with possession and distibution and not one of them has spent more than a night in jail. This includes an individual traveling with several pounds over state lines.
