Swann never had a concussion prior to this season and 2 of his were caused by impact to the ground. Vacarro had 2 concussions his rookie year. Swann said he will be back and has no intention of walking away. While any form of head trauma shouldn't be taken lightly chances are he will be allowed back in a slightly reduced role unless injuries pile up.
