This is an awful post. We've basically always been bad at FT's. You can go back to the Brady days.

And people with no clue about basketball just pick out a stat and run with it. Turnovers per possession we are actually an EXCELLENT team.

So why are some teams good at the free throw line, and other bad? I don't mean from season to season, I mean some coaches have good free throw shooting teams, and others seem to always be iffy at the line. One would assume that practice organization, and what a coach focuses his time on leads to that.

It's amazing that schools have such identities that persist through coaches.
