Can we get a separate group of options for households with more than one TV. Seems like most of these options are for the college dorm type people with one TV. What about households with 6 TV's? We need some setups that show centralized devices that run to all the TV's, or is buying 6 ROKU/Firesticks the way most people go?

Also, will everyone stop saying they are cord cutters if they mooch a password from friends and family? That is not cord cutting, that is paying for the service as intended, but using the paid for service in a different location. Your mamma is still paying $200/month for those pay channels.

I agree, using a password that's not your own should be excluded.

I don't think there's any other way to do it other than having some sort of device/box stationed at each TV. Without a device, you are limited to using whatever features/apps your smart TV has (yuck), or just watching whatever is coming in live via the antenna. If you want to stream and/or watch recorded shows, you're gonna want a Roku/firestick/whatever at each TV.

I think the Tivo and Tablo are the "centralized" devices you are asking about. With Tivo, you'll need one DVR box at the main TV, then a "mini" Tivo box for each additional TV. The mini boxes just need a network connection to stream recordings or live TV from the main box. Tivo is probably the best "experience", but it's expensive upfront and ongoing. The Tablo can go anywhere in the home since it just needs to connect to the network and not a TV. You access what the Tablo has recorded via Roku app, phone app, etc. The Tablo is cheaper than Tivo, but the experience apparently isn't as "seamless" or whatever you'd like to call it.

Another option is HDHomerun. I'm not very familiar with it, but I believe how it works is it just tunes in stations and puts them directly onto your network. You can then watch live TV using a computer, smart TV, phone, etc. (but not directly with a Roku, apparently). With HDHomerun, in order to DVR stuff you would probably have to set up a computer to do so, so it's more involved than the Tivo or Tablo.
