Same could be said for Alexandria. Smaller than Laffy, but almost never produces D1 football talent. The kid who played for OU is the last one I remember, and Blake Miller is the last LSU player, unless I'm forgetting somebody. Quite a bit of basketball and baseball talent, though.

Alexandria just produced WR DJ Chark who is on LSU, and Matthew Beck who will play baseball at LSU.

The issue in CenLa is that it is a combination of not putting enough emphasis on football and poor coaching/development. A lot of good ol boy network in both staffs and starters.
