Their first 4 albums were brilliant, including the underrated "X & Y". Viva La Vida was the best rock album of the millennium thus far - a true 10/10.

I agree that the three most recent albums are disappointments, although I did enjoy the low-key and thoughtful "Ghost Stories" which had the incredible two songs "Midnight" and "Magic". I've probably listed to "Midnight" more than any other song in my life - it's amazing.

We get it, you think Coldplay are awesome. Reality is they, along with the other two acts in the half time show, were garbage overall.

Yeah, it's been hit and miss with their studio album releases since Viva. Though I will say Ghost Stories was really solid and it will age well (can't say the same for A Head Full of Dreams) It's hard to top the minimalist beauty of Always in my Head, O and True Love.
