It has nothing to do with not trusting a person who has been unwilling to admit making a mistake or thinks his comic book films are meaningful and daring takes on the source material while everyone else is making popcorn fluff. No no no. Its just Marvel vs DC!
So he made a movie that you didn't like and he still believes in his film despite your opinion. So you just think he's an a-hole who doesn't listen to you?

No, he just tells us we're wrong, and doesn't listen to our point at all. He just assumed we're all idiots, don't know what we're talking about, and blindly dismisses our criticism. He's condescending as shite to the fans.
