Both. Listening to their interviews, it's clear they have no understanding on what the fans are bitching about. My guess is the big twist at the end is Luthor comes in with a metal suit, and that's it. I still know the entire damn plot of the movie.

That's the set up though. All I know about it is the government is after the Winter Soldier, Captain America protects him, and then Iron Man gathers some more people together to fight him. I'm honestly not sure about the actual plot points though. I guarantee that if I and several other posters did a plot by plot checklist on BvS, it would be spot fricking on. I definitely don't have enough info to do that with Civil War.
