heres my usual order of operations for fixing Xbox problems:
1. Soft restart
2. Hard reset (pull the power cord out as well)
3. Hard reset of router (pull power cord)
4. Updates?
5. Uninstall and reinstall app
Is it just Nwtflix or does it do that for online games as well? That question will rule out a lot of things
