Why is this a hard location to succeed in? I'm genuinely curious. The Crescent has been next door for over 75 years. Mariner's and Brady's are across the street and around the corner, respectively, and have both been around at least 35 years.
Somebody bitched about the parking, but it's not that hard to find a spot on W. Thomas or the side streets. Worst case, you have to park a half block away by the tracks. Not that big of a deal.
I always assumed the other places failed because either their food wasn't good, was overpriced and/or service was lousy. Is it really the location?
