It's funny how quick some of you are to condemn one player while propping up another.
Tm was a pos at LSU and apparently seeing the money tamed him.
JM acted right in college and now is having problems.
Most people have to hit rock bottom before the change, then they have to want to.
Dude will either get it together or he won't.
Mathieu won't be his saving grace.

JM "acted right in college"? There are more than a few stories out of College Station that he was skipping meetings, classes, hated to work out, was partying all over town. And do not forget that he risked throwing his aggie teammates under the bus when he took that $1,700 for his autographs; had it been proven, then he would have been suspended for at least 1-2 games & put the team's record at risk. As for the violence against his g.friend: happens once, he gets the benefit of he said she said. Happens twice, combined with his factual drinking problems, she gets the benefit of being believed. Several high profile former pro players have reached out to him in the past yr & he ignored each & every one of them.
